Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MMXC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Description of Services
MMXC provides sovereign AI infrastructure including the CELRE reasoning engine, deployment tools, and enterprise support. Services are provided 'as is' with the reliability guarantees specified in your service agreement.
Your Obligations
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, not to attempt to reverse engineer our systems, and to maintain the security of your credentials.
Intellectual Property
MMXC retains all rights to its software, documentation, and trademarks. You retain all rights to your data. Models trained on your data belong to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMXC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data. We will delete your data within 30 days of termination unless legally required to retain it.
